Chester County Hospital's Living With Heart Failure Support Group is a great way to increase your knowledge and get support from others living with heart failure. This program, organized by the Chester County Hospital Heart Failure Team, includes educational presentations by healthcare professionals, and provides support and camaraderie for people living with chronic heart failure. Please join us and invite a friend! We meet virtually via Zoom on the second Thursday of every month from 2pm-3pm. Support group is free to attend, but registration is required.
