Chester County Hospital's Emergency Department (ED) provides care to patients twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Our ED consists of 43 private exam rooms, as well as a "vertical flow" treatment area designed to accommodate patients in need of minor and uncomplicated intermediate levels of care. We treat approximately 60,000 adult and pediatric patients annually, who require varying levels of emergency medical care. We take pride in providing expert, localized care to our community and serving as a critical link to all of Penn Medicine's resources.
