Within our Emergency Department, you'll find pediatric-sized equipment, instruments and medical supplies -- including happy diversions for children including games, tablets and a collection of family-favorite DVDs.

The CHOP pediatricians who work in our hospital's inpatient Pediatrics Unit attend to your child's immediate needs in our Emergency Department, and provide continuity of care for children who may need to be admitted for observation or treatment. Your CHOP inpatient pediatrician will also communicate seamlessly with your child's own primary care physician.

Chester County Hospital's Emergency Medicine physicians and health care providers also have the expertise to care for people of all ages, including infants and children. Their care is available in the Emergency Department 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year.
