Resident’s Name: Rachel Collins 

Bio: Rachel graduated from High Point University Fred Wilson School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2024. Her professional interests include internal medicine, psych, and infectious disease, but she is looking forward to exploring other areas of pharmacy throughout residency! Her long-term career goals include practicing as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital setting and serving as a preceptor to pharmacy students. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys coffee shops, yoga, and spending time with her friends, family, and cat Chai.

Resident’s Name: Reena Samkutty

Bio: Reena graduated from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a Doctor of Pharmacy in May 2024. Her professional interests include internal medicine and infectious diseases. Upon completion of her PGY-1 residency, Reena plans to pursue a PGY-2 in a specialty she connects with most. She hopes to practice as a board-certified pharmacist and become a well-rounded clinician and preceptor for pharmacy students. Outside of pharmacy, Reena enjoys painting, discovering new music, and binge-watching multiple TV shows at once.
