The Health System's organizational structure is designed to embrace and assure education is a fully integrated element of our service delivery system. In particular, the department of Community Health and Wellness Services is charged with contributing to the achievement of the Hospital's mission by facilitating programs and services that address important health issues relating to lifecycle, health promotion, early detection and management of chronic disease.
Community Health and Wellness Services includes the Ob/Gyn Clinic, Childbirth Education and Women's Health Education, Health Education, Diabetes Self-Management and Nutrition Services. The department of Community Health and Wellness Services collaborates closely with cardiovascular, oncology, women's health and orthopedic services to plan and implement strategies within Chester County as a means of achieving the desired goals.
