The purpose of this project is to strengthen and expand relationships with Coatesville-area houses of worship through the establishment of a faith-based health coalition and the development and facilitation of events or community resources focused on health needs identified by planning group members. The Faith-Based Coalition meets monthly, to work on initiatives and develop a sustainable faith-based health coalition where programs can be created and resources can be shared.
