This educational program is for women who are pregnant and develop diabetes during pregnancy. During two sessions you will learn what is gestational diabetes, be provided a glucose monitoring plan as well as an individualized meal plan and learn how to stay healthy post-partum.
All patients must have a prescription from their doctor to receive diabetes education services.
Registration is required.
