Vestibular Rehabilitation is an exercise-based intervention program intended to reduce vertigo and dizziness, reduce gaze instability, and/or reduce imbalance and falls risk resulting from problems with one's vestibular system.
At The Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at Chester County Hospital, our therapists are specially trained in vestibular care and can perform an assessment, which will provide valuable objective information to help you assess your needs and level of recovery. Additionally, our therapists will develop an individualized plan that will include the establishment of a treatment program with home activities.
