Thinking about quitting smoking? Not sure if you're ready to take the plunge? The Great American Smoke Out may be your answer! Chester County Hospital is proud to join the American Cancer Society in promoting the Great American Smoke Out on Thursday, November 21, 2019!

This annual event encourages smokers to use this date to make a plan to quit by starting a journey toward a smoke-free life and ultimately reducing your cancer risk. By quitting, even for one day, you will be taking an important step towards a healthier life.

To help you or someone you know who smokes get ready for the Great American Smoke Out, Chester County Tobacco Free Coalition will be sponsoring special educational "Quit Kits." The "Quit Kits," provides educational information, support and other cessation resources and tools to help tobacco users to develop a quit plan and ease through this smoke-free day.

The "Quit Kits" will be available at the following Chester County Hospital locations (beginning November 14th while supplies last):

Chester County Hospital: Waldron Lounge - 701 E. Marshall Street, West Chester, PA
Fern Hill Medical Campus: 915 Old Fern Hill Road, West Chester, PA
Penn Medicine Southern Chester County: 455 Woodview Road, West Grove, PA
