Due to high volumes, Chester County Hospital and the Chester County Hospital Emergency Department are not able to accommodate COVID testing for mild symptoms.
COVID is so prevalent in our community that if you have mild symptoms that can be managed on your own and you are able to quarantine at home, it is not always necessary for you to be tested. If you wish to be tested, we encourage you to seek other testing options including:
- Your primary care physician.
- Local urgent care center or pharmacy.
- Community testing sites, which can be found below.
If you are experiencing extreme symptoms such as shortness of breath or chest pain - which can be symptoms of COVID-19 and other critical illnesses - call 911 or seek care in an emergency department.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
