The Annual Giving Program at The Chester County Hospital Foundation raises funds to support Chester County Hospital, a proud member of Penn Medicine. The funds exclusively support Chester County Hospital to provide the delivery of the highest quality of health care to the residents of Chester County, PA and the surrounding area.
