A member of Chester County Hospital Medical Staff since 2004, Dr. Goral received his doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University and medical degree for the University of Istanbul. He completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Vanderbilt University. He completed a two-year fellowship in Hematopathology at Vanderbilt University and Thomas Jefferson University followed by a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Goral is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Hematopathology and Clinical Informatics.


Heald Pathology

A member of Chester County Hospital Medical Staff since 1988, Dr. Heald received his doctoral degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University. He completed an internship and residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He previously served as the Assistant Laboratory Director at the United States Air Force Wilford Hall Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Anatomic, Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology.



 Jenna Reece, MD

A member of Chester County Hospital Medical Staff since 2023, Dr. Reece received her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed a residency in Clinical Pathology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Chief Resident in 2019. She completed a fellowship in Transfusion Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in Clinical Informatics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, and has a special interest in the application of clinical informatics to clinical pathology and clinical administration. Her projects have applied human factors engineering and technology to improve lab test utilization and display, blood ordering, and clinical decision support for lab ordering. Above all she seeks opportunities to enhance communication between the laboratory and front-line clinical care.



 Rossitza A. Draganova-Tacheva, MD

A member of Chester County Hospital Medical Staff since 2018, Dr. Draganova-Tacheva received her medical degree at the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. She completed a residency in Clinical and Anatomic Pathology at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, serving as Chief Resident in 2008-2009. She completed Surgical Pathology Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and Cytopathology Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2011. From 2011 to 2018, Dr. Draganova-Tacheva served as an Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Cytopathology.



 Nicole Williams, MD

Nicole C. Williams, MD, MBA
General Surgical Pathology/Cytopathology

Dr. Nicole Williams is a board certified pathologist in anatomic and clinical pathology with a third certification in cytopathology. She began her training at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia while also earning degree in Business Administration at the Drexel University LeBow College of Business in 2003. Dr. Williams completed her residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Temple University hospital followed by fellowships in oncologic surgical pathology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in 2009 and cytopathology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia in 2010. She joined the faculty at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in 2010 focusing on gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytopathology, head and neck and breast surgical pathology. Dr. Williams joined the pathology department at Chester County Hospital in 2022.



 Qingzhao Zhang, MD

A member of Chester County Hospital Medical Staff since 2023, Dr. Zhang received her doctoral degree from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and medical degree for Peking University Health Science Center. She completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She completed a Surgical Pathology fellowship and a GI/Liver Pathology fellowship at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Zhang is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
