Community Outreach

Senior HealthLink

Since 1989, the Senior HealthLink program has promoted optimal health and independence to seniors aged 55 and older, helped clients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, and provided socialization for seniors in the community. 

The Senior HealthLink program provides the following community outreach services at no charge:

  • Home visits and telephonic health assessments by student nurses;
  • Health education programs and screenings presented by Registered Nurses;
  • Monthly Parkinson’s Disease Support Group meetings
