U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends the following screening based on your age to stay healthy and prevent disease. In addition to these recommended guidelines we also recommend to be tobacco free, exercise regularly and eat a balanced healthy diet. The following recommendations are assuming you have no risk factors or any previous history. Make sure to discuss any question with your physician.
