Crohns and Colitis

This program is for individuals with Crohns Disease or Colitis to help them learn about new treatment or medication information. This group also provides support, encouragement and the opportunity to share experiences with others afflicted with these diseases.

Dates: First Thursday of Every Other Month (February, April, June, September 2021)
Time: 7 PM – 8:30 PM. 
Location: Chester County Hospital 

(Note: Until further notice, in-person Support Group Meetings are cancelled due to COVID-19).
