2024 Press Ganey Human Experience Pinnacle Excellence Award(WEST CHESTER, PA) – Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award recognizes the implementation of best patient care practices and is part of Press Ganey's annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience. This award also signifies the best practices businesses should consider implementing regarding patient care in the new year.

Founded in 1892 as the county's first hospital, the non-profit has grown into a 329-bed inpatient facility in West Chester, PA. It also has outpatient services in Exton, West Goshen, New Garden, Jennersville, and Kennett Square, PA.
