On July 10, Dr. Chhinder Binning in the Neurology Section attended a meeting in London where he was elected as a Fellow in the Royal College of Physicians (RCP). Fellowship is the highest level of membership in the RCP, an organization that has been in existence for several centuries and continuously dedicated to improving the practice of medicine.
