A Cooking Demonstration from Celebrity Chef, Eric Theiss

Chef Eric Theiss

To promote heart-healthy living that extends to the kitchen, the Chester County Hospital Community Health and Wellness team is proud to partner with celebrity chef and author, Eric Theiss. Recently, during a live-streamed event hosted by Chester County Hospital, Chef Theiss demonstrated how to make a complete Mediterranean meal using only an air fryer.

The Mediterranean diet is a heart-healthy eating plan based on the traditional cuisines of Greece, Italy, and other countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. It offers a variety of health benefits that include reducing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and depression, along with promoting better mental and physical functions.

In the recording of the cooking demonstration below, you can watch and learn how to make air-fried rubbed salmon with pomegranate salsa, a heart-healthy salad and dressing, and a ricotta lemon dessert. To follow along with Chef Theiss, please find the three recipes at the bottom of the page.
