Ingredients: 
  • 2 tablespoons of apricot all fruit (the no sugar jam) 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoon olive or sesame oil (more or less to taste – and depending on how much kale you have)
  • Very thinly chopped kale 
  • Finely diced sweet onion
  • A handful of dried cranberries

Instructions:
  • Heat all fruit and honey in the microwave until melted 
  • Add vinegar and oil
  • Whisk together
  • Add kale, onion and cranberries
  • After mixing with a spoon, massage with your hands
