Thank you for supporting the Chester County Hospital Polo Cup. Individual tickets cost as little as $30 in advance. We recommend you buy your tickets early so you don't miss out on a great event, as the VIP tickets have limited quantities. Your ticket provides access to many opportunities such as the "Hats off to Health" and "Dapper Dan" contests, Kids' Korner, the Raffle Baskets and Silent Auction tent, Tailgating, and of course THE main event, the Polo Cup match.
As this is a family fun event, we welcome children of all ages, and those 16 and under are admitted FREE.
TICKET OPTIONS
General Admission Tickets: $30 in advance/$35 at the Gate (Children 16 and under are FREE)
Enjoy the Polo Match, Silent Auction and Raffle, Kids' Korner with free, fun children's activities, and pre-match entertainment. Pack a blanket or chairs to sit and watch the match and a picnic for tailgating or purchase food from Food and Water Ice Trucks at the event.
VIP Tickets: $100 in advance/$105 at the Gate (Limited # of Tickets)
Our VIP Guests enjoy complimentary wine, beer, signature Polo drinks, and food from Limoncello Ristorante of West Chester and Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes and access to the Beer Garden. Located directly in front of the Polo field, the VIP tent not only serves as an excellent vantage point to watch the Polo match for all our VIP guests, but also provides our sponsors the opportunity to mingle with friends, meet members of the hospital board, and promote their company's profile by networking with local business owners and executives.
Tailgate Party Tent: $350
Gather 10 of your closest friends and family for a private, field side Polo Party. Your package includes 10 General Admission Tickets (Children under 16 are free and do not require a Ticket), a 10'x10' reserved field side tent and a serving table for you to decorate with your own polo charm. Hurry; there are a limited number of tailgate tents available.

Credit card and checks accepted. Ticket price includes parking and admission. Tickets purchased after June 3rd will be held at the gate. If purchasing with a credit card, your statement will show payment to "The Chester County Hospital Foundation."

1. ONLINE
You may order your tickets online using a credit card* quickly and securely. You'll receive your tickets in the mail.

2. PHONE
Volunteers will take ticket orders over the phone at either number listed below until June 3 @ 5 pm, and we will mail the tickets to you. This service is for credit card purchases. To make sure you receive your tickets in time, phone orders after June 3 will be taken only for those who can pick up their tickets in person at the Foundation Office June 7 through June 9, between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. Otherwise, the tickets will be available at "will call" the day of the event, under the name of the person who purchased the tickets.

3. MAIL / EMAIL
General Admission and VIP tickets can be ordered by mailing or emailing the Polo Ticket Order Form. Please fill out your information and enclose a check payable to "Turks Head Auxiliary - POLO CUP." Credit cards are also accepted. Tickets will be mailed out upon receipt of your order. Tickets for orders received after June 3 will be available for pick-up at the Foundation Office June 7 through June 9, between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm (see pick-up address above). Otherwise, the tickets will be available at "will call" the day of the event, under the name of the person who purchased the tickets.
