Cancellation Policy:
For wellness classes involving a fee, please note that payment is required upon registration. Credit cards are accepted over the phone and online to secure registration. Refunds are offered in full when requested at least five business days prior to the first class. If you are registered for a free program, we still ask that you inform us if you are unable to attend. To cancel, call 610.738.2300.
Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, please call the Wellness Program Class Cancellation Line at 610.738.2824. This number will confirm whether or not class will be held as well as plans to reschedule. The decision to cancel class is made at least two hours prior to the class start time.
