Admission Procedure
If you were admitted through the Emergency Department, your insurance company requires that the Hospital notify them within 24 hours. This is an automatic process through our Admission Department. However, if you have additional information which you were unable to supply when being admitted, please call our Insurance Verification Representative at 610.431.5195.
If yours was a scheduled admission, you have been contacted by a representative who asked for information necessary for your official Hospital medical and financial records. This and all other information we gather is strictly confidential.
Discharge Procedure
To better accommodate your discharge process, we ask that you make arrangements to depart from the Hospital by 11 am on the day of your discharge. When leaving, remember to check your room for all your belongings.
Shortly after discharge, you will receive a Patient Satisfaction Survey in the mail. We encourage you or a family member to complete and return the survey to help us identify ways we can improve our care and services.
