This one session class is offered for couples who have taken a childbirth preparation class during a previous pregnancy. The program offers a review of the stages of labor, role of the coach, breathing and relaxation techniques, medication options, and sibling adjustment.

Please note: A tour of the maternity unit is not included during this class. However, tours are available bi-monthly at no charge.

Best Taken during the 7th month of pregnancy

Special Instructions: Couples need to bring two pillows and wear comfortable clothing for breathing practice on floor mats. Please feel free to bring drink/snacks with you to class.
